Current Spring Actions

-Contacted City of Duvall to see if they would run a street sweeper along Batten Road. (Only main arterials are being serviced.)

-Castellon Landscaping to service common area along Batten Road, weeding in and around the entrance signs.

-Removal of additional trees along Batten Road?  Pricing? Ramifications?

-Contractors:  Status of Wolf & Wolf in doing mailboxes.

-Had a non-bonded contractor reach out.

 

 

Promoting Community Support for areas within Article 4.5:

-4.5.2Maintenance of Lots:  Each owner shall…do…all landscaping and maintenance…to maintain the appearance and condition …of the lot

- 4.5.18: Damage.  Any damage to…fences…shall be repaired by such owner…

-4.5.23:  Landscape Maintenance: The front yard landscaping shall be well maintained…weeds shall be removed at least once a year…seeded areas shall be kept below six inches in height…The committee reserves the option…to engage a commercial landscaping company…

-4.5.10Trash Containers and Debris:  All trash shall be placed in containers…so as not to be visible from adjoining structures or streets or roadways.

 

-Have we observed any lots in our development where one or more of these areas are not being addressed?

-To what extent are residents aware of these articles and expectations?

-What would be the next steps the Board wants to take to address these concerns?
