Update on Insurance

-American Family Insurance will discontinue insuring HOA’s in 2025.
-Likely we will have two policies: General Association Liability Coverage and Director & Officer (D/O) coverage

New Enforcement Policy
Things you can do.
-Talked about benefits of our CCR’s in maintaining value of our properties.
-Conferred with owners of two different residences, relative to adherence to CCR’s and have levied a fine for failure to address concerns.
-If you have a sidewalk in front of your home, it the homeowner's responsibility to maintain the area so that it is free of weeds and grasses.
-Tree branches should not impede pedestrians walking on the sidewalks.
-Store trash and recycle barrels where they are not visible from the road.
