    4.5.2:  Maintenance of Lots:  Each owner shall…do…all landscaping and maintenance…to maintain the appearance and condition …of the lot

     4.5.18: Damage.  Any damage to…fences…shall be repaired by such owner…

     4..5.23:  Landscape Maintenance: The front yard landscaping shall be well maintained…weeds shall be removed at least once a year…seeded areas shall be kept below six inches in height…The committee reserves the option…to engage a commercial landscaping company

     4..5.10:  Trash Containers and Debris:  All trash shall be placed in containers…so as not to be visible from adjoining structures or streets or roadways.

Late Fee Language in our new Collection & Enforcement Policy

     Step 1:  Warning Letter Regarding Late Fees.  30 Days to Correct situation 

     Step 2:  Provide Opportunity to be Heard

     Step 3:  $50/day fine
