-Board Members/Status of Board Members for 2026

-All have agreed to continue serving for 2026

We continue to have two “At-Large” positions. We agreed that it would be great to have some fresh ideas.

 

 

Review of Board Actions in 2025

-Use of Facebook and our Website to communicate happenings within our HOA

-Making sure families new to Cedars HOA are able to access the By-laws and covenants.

-Contracted with Castellon Landscaping to continue service of our common areas 4x/year.

-Removal of dead trees along Batten Road

-Review of several homeowner projects/architectural improvements

-Mailbox Refurbishing.

-Board discussion and conferring with other area HOA’s about RCW’s potentially affecting HOA’s in Washington.  We agreed to a “wait and see” approach. 

-Responded in a timely fashion regarding concerns raised by community members.

-Maintain annual dues of $300/lot.

-Conferred with other HOA’s regarding cost effective legal counsel.

-We have a Collection and Enforcement Policy, and endeavor to use it in extreme cases, appealing to people’s good will.
