·     “Opportunity to Be Heard:” No response from owner to meet with us on Novembers 7.  Still waiting to hear if she’ll meet with us November 20 or 21.

·     Applying next action steps according to our Enforcement policy.  

·     Any value in conferring with our attorneys?

Follow-up on Lot 49

·     Update on Lot 49

·     What corrections still need to be done? Have you had a chance to observe if improvements have been done?  

·     Should we write an e-mail, including all of our Board members’ observations and offer an” Opportunity to be Heard,” similar to what we did with owners of lot 33.

Need for Maintenance of Entry Signs on Batten Road

·     Should we enlist Castellon Landscaping for one more service to conclude our fall cleanup?  Wait until first week in December?
